The Alumni Association of Arupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital in Pondicherry orchestrated the “ALUMNI MEET 2024” to foster, unite, and synchronize alumni activities at the institution. Dr. Ilankathir, President of the Alumni Association, delivered a gracious welcome address, setting the tone for the event. Following this, Provost Dr. Kotur shared insights with the audience. Distinguished guests, including Dr. K. Jayasingh, Director of Outreach Services, Dr. T. Rajan, Vice Principal, Dr. R. Latha, VP of Academics, and Dr. Lakshmi Jatiya, VP of student affairs, graced the occasion.
The gathering, attended by faculty, students, and CRMI members, displayed an enthusiastic moment. A meticulously organized program saw active participation from the Student Council, led by Dr. Janarthanan and Mr. Gunal Rajamoorthy (Students Council President) and their dedicated team. Alumni were honoured with mementoes, and a group photo session captured the memorable reunion.
Adding value to the event, alumni from the 2001 batch shared valuable career guidance advice on stage. The meet successfully reconnected alumni, celebrated their achievements, and provided a platform for sharing experiences and insights.
