Medical Camps

The AVMC&H Camp Team in coordination with all clinical Departments like General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Dermatology and Community Medicine conducted several screening camps throughout the year 2020.

The Camps were organized and coordinated by Mrs Jeyanthi Jeyarakinie, ANS according to the instruction of the Medical Superintendent and HOD, Department of Community Medicine.

Around 360 community camps and awareness programs based on the current epidemic were conducted specially for the General Public, Old Age Homes, Mentally Challenged Homes, Orphanages and for the School Children as their Annual Check-up with the support of Several Private Organizations, NGOs, Government schemes and Voluntary Groups like NSS of several Institutions provided with a venue, accessory facilities, refreshments.

During the course of the camps, we identify and refer cases to the specific specialist of AVMC&H for conservative and surgical management for further diagnosis and treatment.

We are being considered to be the best practice for screening, identifying, diagnosing, treating, monitoring and continuous follow up at our own cost.
