Arupadai Veedu Medical college and hospital fosters students’ interest in curricular and extracurricular activities.  AVMC provides the required facilities and plans, organises, and promotes the students to participate actively in events at the highest levels.

The Sports Committee of AVMC, being the most enthusiastic committee, has dedicated places for the practice of sports and events. It has Indoor games such as Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis, Billiards, Scooter cycles, Dartboard etc., and outdoor games like cricket, football, volleyball, Throw ball, and Basketball. There is a multi-court for Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Gym, and cycling for both men and women.

Specialised trainers for the sports activities held on campus ensure regular coaching and encourage the teams to participate in tournaments at the highest levels.  To facilitate the students, it also conducts college-level tournaments and Rolling Trophies for every game.
