A workshop was conducted by IIC on 21st June 2023 on Design Thinking principles and equipped them with practical tools and skills to drive innovation in the field of medical entrepreneurship and to provide participants with a solid foundation. Provost Dr PF Kotur encouraged the participants to adopt an innovative mindset by exploring creative problem-solving techniques and challenging traditional approaches to healthcare entrepreneurship. Professor Dr. Rakesh Sehgal, Dean, AVMC urged the participants to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, promoting diverse perspectives and fostering effective communication and problem-solving skills. Dr Pushpa Kotur, Convener IIC, encouraged the participants to use the brainstorming sessions in the workshop to generate a wide range of ideas and potential solutions. The participants were introduced to the objective of the workshop: to provide participants with a solid foundation in Design Thinking principles and equip them with practical tools and skills to drive innovation in the field of medical entrepreneurship
