Anti-ragging sensitization program was conducted by our AVMC anti-ragging committee on 19.03.2022 for undergraduates and postgraduates students of AVMC at Dr. Ganesh Hall, College Block, Dr. T. Rajan, Vice Principal gave a welcome address and briefed about the anti-ragging measures. Presidential address by Dr. P.F. Kotur Dean, Keynote address by Dr. Jayasingh, MS. Awards was issued for the students for the winners of Slogan competition held in the topic “Ragging is Crime”. Roleplay on prevention of ragging by 2020-21 batch students. Chief guest Mr. C. Murali DSP, (NIB, CID) Salem’s recorded speech was telecasted. Shortfilm on against ragging was displayed and the pledge was taken by all the students. Vote of thanks by Dr. Arunachalam, VP of student affairs. Signing in sign-up board against ragging was placed in the portico where students signed.
