The Smt. Annapoorani Shanmugasundaram 3rd Annual Endowment Oration 2022 conducted by Scientific Society of AVMC on Monday, 4th July 2022. Prof. Pushpa Kotur, MD Ph.D, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, AVMC, delivered the Prestigious Oration on Topic “Research Revitalization & Modernization of Indian Traditional Medicine” at Smt. Annapoorani Shanmugasundaram Mini Auditorium, AVMC Campus. Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. A.S. Ganesan, Hon’ble Director Dr. Anuradha Ganesan, Hon’ble Prof. P. K. Sudhir Vice Chancellor, VMRF(DU) & Mr. Suresh Samuel, Member (BOM) graced the occasion. Prof. S. Deepa, President, Scientifique Society, AVMCH narrated the Welcome address. All the dignitaries lighted the lamp of prosperity. Chancellor’s Address by Dr. A.S. Ganesan, Chancellor, VMRF (DU). Felicitation by Mr. J. Suresh Samuel, Member, Board of Management, Prof. P.F. Kotur, Dean AVMCH, and Prof. B. Vishnu Bhat, Director – Medical Research, AVMCH. Prof. V.N. Mahalakshmi, Dean HPE, AVMCH introduced the orator. Presentation of the Citation and Medal was honoured by Dr. Anuradha Ganesan, Director, VMRF (DU). Vote of thanks by Dr V. Ezhilrajan, Vice President, Scientifique Society, AVMCH. The program ended with National Anthem.
