The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital provides comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care. The department is equipped with Antenatal, Gynaecology, and Postnatal wards, a Labour Theatre, ICU, OT services, a High-Risk Dependency Unit, and an Eclampsia Room. Yoga therapy for antenatal mothers is offered in collaboration with the AVMCH Yoga Department.
