Dr. Manju M is a Professor and Head of the Department of Biochemistry and MEU Coordinator at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital. The department trains approximately 150 MBBS students, 2 MD Biochemistry students, 3 PhD scholars, and hundreds of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences students annually. Research thrust areas include Quality Assurance in Clinical Biochemistry, Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Metabolic syndrome, and Gene polymorphisms. The department houses a NABH-accredited Central Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory providing 24x7 diagnostic services.
