Workshop Overview
Postgraduate medical students are not just learners – they are integral to the teaching ecosystem of a medical college. This workshop prepares 1st year MD/MS students to effectively participate in undergraduate teaching while enhancing their own learning.
Conducted in accordance with NMC and VMRF norms, this program covers essential topics including group dynamics, learning principles, CBME competencies, teaching-learning methods, and assessment strategies.
The interactive sessions include hands-on group activities, with pre and post tests demonstrating significant improvement in participant knowledge. All participants receive certificates upon completion.
