The committee is reconstituted for two years to support structured mentoring and student welfare.

Programme Framework

  • Minimum 15 mentees per mentor with monthly meetings.
  • Track attendance, academics, behaviour, health, and activities.
  • Identify high performers and slow learners for targeted support.
  • Performance review on first Friday and committee review on third Friday monthly.
  • PTM once in six months with documented records and escalation workflow.
