Dr. Vijay Sooriyakumar is an Interventional Radiologist with expertise in image-guided neuro-interventions, vascular and non-vascular interventions, and diagnostic radiology.

He completed MBBS and MD (Radiodiagnosis) from Madurai Medical College, and DM (Interventional Radiology) from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Karnataka. He has earned several academic distinctions, including the ASI gold medal for first rank in General Surgery undergraduate examination, the Dr K.G. Srinivasan Gold Medal for first rank in MD Radiodiagnosis, and the Sugandha Mulimani gold medal for first rank in DM Interventional Radiology.

With extensive experience in advanced minimally invasive procedures, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and active involvement in teaching, research, and academic conferences, Dr. Vijay brings clinical excellence and leadership as Deputy Medical Superintendent — Clinical Integration, overseeing operations of the PAIR (Patient Affairs and Integration of Resources) Office.
