On September 4, 2024, IMPACT (International Medical Pathways & Career Tracks), in collaboration with the Career Guidance Cell and PG NEET Training Centre, hosted a valuable event titled “Unlock the Path to Career Opportunity in USA.” Held at the MEU Hall of AVMC, this confab began with an inspiring inaugural address by Dr. Rakesh Sehgal, Dean of AVMCH. Featured speaker Dr. Muthu Kumar Sakthivel, MD, DABR, DNB, DMRD, an Assistant Clinical Professor and Program Director at the UNC Department of Radiology, shared his personal journey and insights as a successful alumnus, offering attendees practical advice on pursuing medical careers in the United States.
The event highlighted the achievements of AVMC alumni who have successfully navigated overseas opportunities, providing participants with a roadmap for their own career aspirations.
