The Human Resources Department organised a Training Program on the Performance Management System (PMS) for all faculty and non-teaching staff on 10th and 11th April 2025 at Dr. Ganesan Learning Center–1. Mr.Nitin Gumber, Associate Director and Office Head – South of People Business Consulting, conducted this 2-day session. Focusing on the importance and key insights of the management system, this session has helped the faculty and non-teaching staff to align better with the organisational goals and personal development. This was an enriching initiative by the Human Resources Department.
