The Clinical Trial Unit of AVMC did Site Initiation on 02.05.2022 in Clinical Trail Unit “B” Block. This programme was authorized by Dr. P.F. Kotur Dean, AVMC, and with the able support of Dr. Jayasingh Medical Superintendent AVMC. The programme was led by Dr. B. Vishnu Bhat, Director-Medical Research. Mr. Munish Rao, Lead Clinical Research Associate SAMI- SABINSA PVT. LTD, Bangalore initiated the trial entitled “Probiotics in childhood diarrhea”. Dr. Thumjaa Prof. Paediatrics is the Principal investigator for this trial. This programme was coordinated by Dr. B.R. Asokan, In-charge, Clinical trial Unit, and Dr. S. Narayanasamy coordinator of AVMC, Clinical Trial Unit.
