The AVMC Skills Lab and Simulation Centre along with the departments of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Community Medicine conducted an interprofessional team training outreach program on the Management of Obstetric emergency PPH for the medical officers, staff nurses, nursing assistants and medical social workers posted in all health centres and satellite centres attached to AVMCH. A total of 86 personnel attended the training session. The workshop involved a scenario demonstration of a PPH case and a hands-on session with manikins on management problems. The feedback from the participants was heart-warming, reaffirming our commitment to improve societal outcomes through skills training and education.
