Day 1 (02.04.2024)
The day began with registration for the CRMIs by the IQAC team, followed by an Invocation. Dr. Nishanth Savery, CRMI Coordinator, gave the Welcome Address, and the program commenced with a Lamp Lighting ceremony.

- Soft Skills Development for Healthcare Professionals: Dr. Anil J. Purty, Director-Principal, PIMS, Pondicherry.
- Career Options after MBBS: Dr. S. Gopinath, HOD of Physiology, AVMC.
- How to Prepare for NEET-PG Exam: Dr. T. Rajan, Vice Principal, AVMC.
- Salutogenesis & Self-Care: Dr. Melody, Assistant Professor, Psychiatry.
- Keep Your Skills Updated: Dr. E. Rajkumar, Skills Lab Coordinator.
- Legal Aspects of Clinical Medico Practice: Dr. Muthamizh Selvan, Associate Professor, Forensic Medicine.
- Exit OSCE Group Feedback & Personalized Competency Mapping: Dr. V.N. Mahalakshmi, Dean-Health Professions’ Education, AVMC.
The day concluded with a review of the program by Dr. Nishanth Savery.
Day 2 (03.04.2024)
The second day began with a review of the previous day’s program by Dr. Nishanth Savery.

- Preparing a Good CV & Interview Skills: Dr. R. Jagan Mohan, Deputy Director-E Learning Centre, SBV.
- Feedback on Practice, Readiness & Students’ Educational Experience: IQAC team.
The program ended with Feedback & Valedictory, coordinated by Dr. Nishanth Savery.
The Finishing School Programme aimed to enhance the professional skills and readiness of CRMIs, covering a wide range of topics from lifelong learning and ethical practice to career guidance and personal development.
