Gurudhakshatha, a Faculty Induction Program, organized by the Medical Education Unit at Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Hospital, VMRF, is a UGC-mandated, comprehensive initiative designed to orient and prepare newly appointed faculty members for their roles in medical education. The program has been organized for the third time in a row by the Medical Education Unit, AVMCH. The program commenced with an inauguration program that set the tone for the event. The program featured the presence of Dr. Rakesh Sehgal Dean AVMC, Dr. V.N. Mahalakshmi, Dean HPE, Dr. Vishnu Bhat, Advisor Medical Research and Dr. Arun Daniel, MEU Co-ordinator who provided valuable insights and perspectives on the significance of the faculty induction initiative. The program featured a diverse range of sessions, being part of 5 concise workshops/ participatory learning activities planned for a total of 45 hours.
