Department Of

Curricular activities

The Department of Physiology imparts quality training in physiology; we encourage student-centred and interactive learning through small group teaching sessions. Special attention is provided for slow learner and advanced learner groups. We also conduct medal exams to recognize and encourage talents.

Co-curricular activities

Students are also encouraged to participate in CMEs, conferences, academic quizzes and competitions conducted by the institute and external organizations.

We encourage students to participate in internal and external sports events. We also have included sports and yoga in their academic schedule.

Faculties are actively involved in research activities and they publish regularly in national and international journals. Our faculty also supports research among students by guiding them in various funded (ICMR) and non-funded projects. The faculties also help students publish their research work and encourage them to present their work in scientific forums.

The faculty of the department offer counselling services for the students who are in need and also help them out in their academics. Low performers are identified and regularly counselled to excel in their academics.
