Dr. M. Mathivanan Graduated from Madurai Medical College affiliated to Madurai Kamarajar University, Tamil Nadu. Did Diploma in Child Health and Master’s degree (M.D.) in Paediatric Medicine in Madras Medical College, Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu. He worked tirelessly as Registrar in both Madurai Medical College and Thirunelveli Medical College. Worked as Secretary IAP, Madurai branch. At present working as a Professor and HOD in Department of Pediatrics. He has got 23 years of teaching experience in both Under Graduate and Post Graduate teaching. He is a university examiner for both Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses in Paediatrics. He chaired many sessions in National and State Pediatrics Conferences. He has published many papers publications in National Journals. He had attended and presented papers at the national and state level Pediatrics conferences. He has guided Post Graduate Students for research, oral presentation and paper publication. He has attended many state / national level CME/ workshops and public awareness programmes. Dr. A. Thumjaa Graduated from Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Porur, Chennai at Sri Ramachandra University, Tamil Nadu. Master’s degree in Pediatrics Medicine from Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Pondicherry. She has 12 years of working experience and chaired sessions in National and International conferences. At present working as a Professor in Department of Pediatrics. She is a PG Coordinator and MEU core faculty. She is an university examiner for both Under Graduate and Post Graduate in various Universities all over Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu. She published 15 paper publications and 10 case reports in International and National journals. She has done 2 clinical trials. She has 30 years of teaching experience and 6 years of research experience. Chaired many sessions in National conferences. At present working as an Adjunct Professor in Department of Pediatrics. She published more than 68 paper publications in International and National journals. 8 chapters in books. Reviewer in National Journals. She has guided Post Graduate Students for Dissertation, Research Paper, oral paper presentation and publication. She has attended many state / national level CME/ workshops like Basic NRP, Advanced NRP and public awareness programme. She has also undergone RBCW, BCBR and NTTC course, Advanced course in medical education.

Dr. Chandru Bhaskar Graduated from Mahathma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute at Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. Master’s degree in Pediatrics Medicine from Rajah Muthiah Medical College in Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. He has been working for 8 years. At present working as a Associate Professor in Department of Pediatrics. He published 2 paper publications in International journals. He is interested in Pediatrics Intensive Care and Neonatology. DNB Paediatrics from Dr. Mehta’s Hospitals PVT LTD, Chennai, under University National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He has working experience for 9 years. At present working as an Associate Professor in Department of Pediatrics. He published 9 paper publications in National and International journals. He is interested in Pediatric Emergencies and Neonatology. He has attended many state level Paediatrics Conferences CME/ workshops and public awareness programme. He also attended many Faculty Development Programmes including revised Basic Course Workshop (r BCW) and Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR). Currently became Jeevaraksha (Comprehensive Emergency Care and Life Support – cECLS Course) trainer.

Post Graduate (M.D.) in Pediatrics from Madurai Medical College, Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He received Gold Medal for M.D. Paediatrics from Madurai Medical College Alumni Association. In addition he completed DNB Paediatrics under National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He has working experience for 6 years. At present working as an Associate Professor in Department of Pediatrics. He published 12 paper publications in National and International journals. Dr. K. Dheepane Graduated from Sri Venkateshwara Medical College Hospital and Research centre at Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. Master’s degree in Pediatrics Medicine from Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal Vinayaka Missions University, Tamil Nadu. At present working as a Assistant Professor more than 2 years in Department of Pediatrics. First time in our AVMC&H, he organized Basic NRP workshop, Lactation management workshop and Rapid Revision Course for the Post Graduate in 2023. He worked as a coinvestigator in 2 clinical trials. He published 6 papers publications in international journal (2 Scopus indexed) and 6 case reports. He is interested in PICU and allergic conditions in children. He actively makes his presence at the state level Pediatrics conferences. He has completed GCP training, Biomedical Research and Curriculum Implementation Support Programmee. He holds active advanced NRP certificate. He is a BFHI certified lactation counsellor. He is an active life member of IAP and NNF.

Dr. V. Thiyagaraajan Graduated from Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital, Pondicherry at Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. Master’s degree in Pediatrics Medicine from Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. He has completed his Senior Residentship in AVMC&H and currently working as Assistant Professor since November 2022 in Department of Pediatrics. He has done a clinical trial as coinvestigator conducted in our hospital. Currently became Jeevaraksha (ECLS Course) trainer. He published 2 papers publications in international journal. As interested in Neonatology and Paediatric Emergencies. He has attended many state level Paediatrics Conferences CME/ workshops and public awareness programme. He has completed GCP training, Biomedical Research.

Dr. Vignesh Sivaraj done his Under Graduate and Post Graduate from Vinayaka Mission’s Kirubananda Variyar Medical College and Hospital, Salem at Vinayaka Mission’s University, Salem. He has done his teaching experience for more than 2 years. At present working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Pediatrics. Currently he has 2 ongoing projects.

Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology : Christian Medical College, Vellore, India and Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology from Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai. DM in Nephrology: Madras Medical College & Rajiv Gandhi Govt General Hospital, Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai. He has working experience of 8 years Post Masters, 7 Years Post Fellowship and 3 Years Post Super Specialty. He published 12 papers publications and 15 research works in National and International journals. Co-authored 3 textbook chapter and guidelines. Participated as a reviewer in various journals such as Journal of tropical Pediatrics, Kidney International reports, Indian Journal of Nephrology, Saudi Journal of Kidney diseases and transplantation, Clinical Kidney journal. Currently working as Assistant Professor since September 2023 in Department of Pediatrics.
