Completed MCI Advance Course in Medical Education in 2019. Has served as HOD, Vice Dean Ug studies and Dean postgraduate studies during previous appointment. Also has been member of Medical Education Unit, Research committee, Bioethics Unit and Institute Faculty Interview and Promotion committees. Keen interest in Clinical Dermatology with over 20 years of experience in treating Caucasian patients. Has multiple national and international publications and serve as reviewer in many journals

Dr.K.Damayandhi obtained her bachelor’s degree in medicine from Pondicherry University. She specialized in the field of Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy from Madras Medical College, Chennai. Her field of interest is Cosmetology. She has published her research work in many peer reviewed international and national journals. She has a book chapter entitled Stem cell therapy to her credit. Currently she is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. Of Dermatology at AVMC&H. She attended many conferences in Dermatology held across India. She played an integral part in the organization and conduct of many Dermatology CME's at AVMC &H.

Nilakantan Gold Medal, Dr. V. Murali Gold Medal, Dr. V. Udayaraj Gold Medal and Shri Venkatasubba Reddiar Gold Medal in his final year MBBS. He specialized in the field of Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology from JIPMER, Puducherry. He was awarded the prestigious Dr. A. S. Thambiah Gold Medal for best candidate in DNB (DVL) in December 2018. His fields of interest are Medical Dermatology and Cosmetology. He has published articles in international and national journals. He has attended and presented papers in national and state level Dermatology conferences and was awarded Best Paper in state level conference. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. Of Dermatology at AVMC&H. He has played a vital part in the organization of online Dermatology CME's at AVMC&H
