Dr.Manju.M is working as Professor and Head in the Dept. of Biochemistry, Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital. Graduated from Govt. T D Medical College, Alappuzha, Kerala University and attained Post graduation (MD degree) from VMRF. Completed the NMC approved “Advanced course in Medical Education” (ACME) from SRMC, (NMC Nodal Centre, Chennai). Completed “National Course on Educational Science for Teachers of Health Professionals” (NTTC) raining from JIPMER. She has 16 years of teaching and research experience. She holds and has held various responsibilities like NABL in-charge, Central Lab in-charge, Member secretary for Curriculum Committee of the Institute and Co-ordinator of Medical Education Unit of the Institute. She is the Chairperson for Phase I Curriculum Sub-Committee. She is the member of doctoral committee for 3 PhD students in 2 universities. Member of BOS of Manakula Vinayagar Medical College. Dr.Gautam Sarkar is working as Professor in the Dept. of Biochemistry, Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital, from August 2022. He has graduated from R.G.KAR Medical college Calcutta and attained Post graduation (MD degree) from AIIMS New Delhi. He has 26 years of teaching and research experience. He has been the guide for many Post Graduate Student. He has contributed the chapter on Structure and functions of Cell Membrane in Medical Physiology by SS.Sircar (CBS Publishers). He is currently writing a book on Research ideas. He has published more than 20 original papers in various reputed national and international journals.He is the Deputy Medical Research Director, in AVMCH. He is a member of PG Curriculum committee and also the member of the Curriculum Sub Committee.

Mr.S.Mohan is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry.He had completed M.Sc (Medical Biochemistry) in Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Mangalore and currently pursuing Ph.D (Medical Biochemistry) in Vinayaka Missions Research foundation, Salem.He had also completed a Certificate Course in Food and Nutrition.He is having 20 years of teaching experience in the Department of Biochemistry, Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Hospital, Puducherry. Dr. Athisankaran. P is working as Assistant Professor, Dept. of Biochemistry, Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital. He completed his MBBS degree course at Vinayaka Mission Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal in the year 2017 and did post-graduation (MD Biochemistry) at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh by the year 2020 and DNB Biochemistry in 2022. Meanwhile, worked as Senior Resident in PGIMER (1 year) and JIPMER, Karaikal (2 years). He has received a medal (first order) in MD Biochemistry, MD thesis grant support from ICMR and “Young Research Scholar Award” in 4th International BMSeCON. He has undertaken one JIPMER intramurally funded project as Principal Investigator and completed two ICMR funded projects, and published 02 original research articles in International Journals, with manuscripts of other works were submitted to indexed journals. Dr.R.R.Kumar graduated M.Sc (Biochemistry) and M.Phil (Biochemistry) from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamilnadu and completed his Doctoral programme (Ph.D - Biochemistry) in Vinayaka Missions Research foundation, Salem, Tamilnadu.He also completed a Certificate Course in Yoga Therapy.He is having 21 years of teaching experience in the Department of Biochemistry, Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Hospital, Puducherry. He has published 8 papers in indexed National and International journals.
