The Institutional Innovation Council (IIC) of AVMC&H successfully conducted a program titled “Perception of the Student Community on Current Education & Entrepreneurship” on November 9, 2024, from 2:15 PM to 3:30 PM. The event commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Rakesh Sehgal, Dean of AVMC&H, highlighting the significance of education and entrepreneurship in healthcare. Dr. Gautam Sarkar, IIC Convenor, discussed their roles and distinctions, emphasizing innovation and practical applications.
Six first-year MBBS students delivered spontaneous and inspiring presentations on their perceptions of education and entrepreneurship. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Susmita Mahapatra Nee Bhattacharya, Assistant Professor of Physiology, who expressed gratitude to the speakers, Dean, and organizing team for their efforts in making the event impactful and successful.
