Our institution received the prestigious award for the highest extramural grants from government agencies, highlighting our commitment to advancing medical research and innovation through significant external funding.
Several faculty members were individually recognized for their outstanding contributions.Dr. Gunaseelan was awarded the first prize for the highest impact factor in faculty publications, highlighting his significant research impact. Dr. S. Ravikumar received recognition for his leadership in securing the maximum amount of extramural grants from government agencies in 2023. Additionally, Dr. Prithiviraj earned the third prize for his exceptional faculty research presentations.
In the student category, Mr. Yogesh, a PhD scholar from the Department of Medical Biotechnology, won the first prize for his remarkable research work. Ms. Azar Banu received the second prize, showcasing the high caliber of research conducted by our students. These accolades celebrate the hard work and dedication of our entire academic community.
