World Breastfeeding Week celebration jointly organised by the Department of Paediatrics, Community Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology was inaugurated with an awareness campaign at OD block AVMCH between 10.30 am to 12 noon. Dr. JaySingh MS and Dr. V.N. Mahalakshmi Dean HPE presided over the function. The welcome address was given by Dr. Thumja. VP2, HOD Community Medicine, DMS1 and DMS@ delivered awareness messages to the public and students. Vote of Thanks was delivered by Dr. Chandru Bhaskar, Associate Professor, Paediatrics.
