The Induction and Orientation Training Program for the postgraduate students of the 2023-2024 batch spanned three days, from November 8 to 10, 2023, at the Smt. Annapoorani Shanmugasundaram Mini Auditorium. The program featured a diverse range of sessions, including self-assessment of competencies and informative talks by our distinguished faculty. Topics covered encompassed curriculum introductions, research skills, and presentations, as well as discussions on well-being, journal reading, and interpersonal communication skills. The second day focused on critical appraisal of literature, documentation, skills training, and ethical considerations. The final day included sessions on reflection writing, e-portfolios, and onboarding to e-portfolios.
