The Human Resources department arranged communication skill training on 31.01.2023 by Rathina Kumar Narayanan, International Certified Career Coach, at MEU hall. He explained Verbal communication, Written communication and their effects in the workplace to improve productivity, teamwork and job satisfaction. He also mentioned that effective and efficient communication skills involve more practice, active listening, speaking clearly, and concisely to make others understand. The training was held for 50 Non-Teaching Staff of Clerical / Admin, Technicians, Service and Maintenance Incharge. Training Certificate was issued for the participants, which is considered for performance evaluation.
