The Human Resources Department of Aarupadai Veedu Medical College conducted “AVMC Bright Steps” “Positive Work Culture” for AVMC, VMCON, ASLP and Physiotherapy College’s 30 Attendees. Mr. S. Gopalakrishnan, Consultant HRD narrated the topic of workplace environment and attitudes to promote employee happiness, productivity and well-being. He also enhanced mutual respect, trust, and support among the team members. He mentioned clear communication, Teamwork, Work life balance, Learning and development for positive work culture, which increases the productivity and benefits of the organization. A training certificate was issued based on attendance which will be considered for performance evaluation.
