“PG Focus 2023” was conducted by Department of Anaesthesia for exam going Post Graduate Students on 26.03.2023 at Dr. Ganesan Lecture Hall, AVMCH, Puducherry. Forty faculties and 110 Post Graduates from various institutions attended the scientific program. Dr.V. Ezhilrajan, Professor& HOD, Anaesthesiology, AVMCH gave welcome address. Dr. P.F. Kotur, Dean, AVMCH presented his inaugural address. Dr.V.R.Hemanth Kumar, President, ISA Puducherry, delivered the Presidential address. The program started with case discussions of Mitral stenosis and anaesthetic management, hypertensive disorder of pregnancy etc., and Obesity and Anaesthetic implications, diabetic foot for wound debridement etc., Lectures on ECG, Instruments, ABG and chest X-Ray were held up by 4 Guest Lectures. Dr.E.Shanmugavalli, Associate Professor, Dept. of Anaesthesiology, AVMCH. gave a closing speech. The program ended up with a photo session.
