Teamwork, Synergy, and Stress Management are the key elements to bring success to any organization. They increase productivity, better problem-solving, effective communication, trust and so on. To create awareness on the above said topic Human Resource Department of Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital conducted the AVMC Bright Steps training program for all non-teaching staff and nursing staff of AVMC, VMCON, ASLP and Physiotherapy college on 16.03.2023 at Demo Hall. Mr. K. PARASURAMAN, (Director, Samrriddhi Leadership Academy pvt Ltd) orated about Teamwork, Synergy, and Stress Management. He insisted on practising exercises, relaxation techniques, time management, coordination and cooperation among the team members, a healthy lifestyle and so on. He made the session interactive and clarified the doubts of the participants. The Human Resources department assured training certificates for the participants to be considered for performance evaluation. Mr. Anandaradje Selvaraju, Senior Manager, HRD, and Mr. Suresh Raman, HR – Head, arranged the training session.
