In view of World Cancer Day 4th February, Awareness and Screening Programme on cancer cervix was organized by department of obstetrics & Gynaecology on 1st & 2nd February 2023, for the self help women of Cuddalore district. The participant women were screened for cancer cervix with pap smear and HPV DNA test on 01st & 2nd February by a team. Hereafter every Thursday, around 25-30 self-help women will be screened for cancer cervix regularly.
